This concierge works directly with the on-site outfitters shop to arrange the necessary guides, gear, and meals for residents’ outdoor excursions.

The St. George Regional Trail runs alongside the outfitter, allowing residents to head directly into downtown St. George and Snow Canyon State Park on foot or on bike.

Yes! The Atara villas are fully furnished with furniture, linens, cookware, and flatware.
Can owners live in their residence full-time?
Owners can live in residences full-time and not place their residence in rental program. If owners do choose to enter their residence into the Atara rental program, they may access the residences 75 days per year.
